Tree Stump Grinding/Removal

Unfortunately stump grinding is generally not included in the cost of tree removal. Stump grinding is a common practice in the Tree care industry where we bring a large machine into your yard to chip up the tree sump. When a tree is removed the tree is cut just above dirt level leaving an eye sore in your yard or landscape. If the stump is left behind often it can sprout small trees directly from the root system.

This also can present several other potential issues including attracting unwanted insects and diseases that can spread to nearby trees. Dead trees and stumps often attract termites that could spread to your home and lead to costly repairs as well as destroy a lawn mower if its run over by an unsuspecting user. Often home owners use the chips created from the stump grinding process to mulch their flower beds.
